Let me start by telling you

I have always been relatively healthy and active all my life, doing some form of fitness throughout my adult life. But when I turned 47 things began changing. My regular diet and exercise routine was not working anymore and I began to gain weight, have increased fatigue and could not get a good nights sleep.

I decided to ramp up my exercise program, working out 7 days a week and completely avoiding carbs because I thought that’s what was making me gain weight. Unfortunately, none of those changes helped me lose weight or feel better.

At this point, I started feeling hopeless and started to notice a change in my mental health. I decided to dig deeper into nutrition, exercise and appropriate menopause hormone therapy for midlife women.

Once I realized how to optimize nutrition, exercise and sleep, my life began to change for the better.
